Tim joined Balderton as a General Partner in 2007. He was previously a partner of Goldman Sachs where he spent 18 years. At Goldman, Tim held various roles including Global Head of Equity Capital Markets (2002 to 2005) and Vice-Chairman of Goldman Sachs International (2005 to 2006). Tim started to work with Balderton and its portfolio of companies in 2005.

John is the founder and director of Rivertrade Limited. Formerly a director of the Man Group plc from 1987 to 1999, and managing director of its sugar division 1987-1999. Until March 2004 he was a non-executive director of Greencore plc. He is actively involved in many charities including Eric Evans Trust and Tennis For Free. John is a graduate of Cambridge University.

Peter – an investment manager for InterResolve’s major shareholder Rivertrade – brings leadership and business development experience to InterResolve from a range of senior roles spanning private, public, and not for profit sectors.  He has worked as a management consultant for twenty years including seven at PA Consulting and three as Managing Director of Serco Consulting, where he increased revenues from £4.5m to over £20m. Peter specialises in performance improvement and as the leader of a PA team working on the Criminal Justice System has won the Management Consultancies Association’s Gold Award for Best Strategy and Business Transformation.

Matt joined InterResolve as part of the founding team in 2005. Matt has been integral in developing market strategies and in the creation of InterResolve’s innovative products  Having been responsible for the development and national launch of MotorResolve and leading the UK sales team, Matt was appointed Managing Director of the InterResolve Group in August 2013. He brings significant experience in the UK Insurance/broker market and is passionate about the way consumers interact with professional services through technology.

Geoffrey Leeks

Geoff has insurance operational, technical and strategic expertise at senior levels across personal, commercial and legal classes. Major roles include heading up bodily injury, large and complex loss and legal claims for the UK’s largest personal lines insurer and also running his own management consultancy practice for a number of years. He has vast industry experience having been a member of the Association of British Insurers Motor and Liability Claims Panel High Level Group, a board member of the Motor Insurers Bureau, and a representative on Ministry of Justice and Civil Justice Counsel working parties. Geoff’s broad history of self development includes Harvard Business School’s Strategy and Service Excellence Programme, and Henley Management Centre’s Strategic Leadership Programme.
